It's not a bubba mug, but I got a brilliant one from costco, which has a grip top and only releases the liquid when the button is pressed in, means it can be put into your beach bag... keeps drinks cold for hours.

Am looking to buy a couple of these? For those experienced people out there would it be better to buy a 20 oz bubba keg or a 52 oz bubba keg? Would they in the PCV fill a 52oz bubba keg with cocktail? Many Thanks

Yes i would also take a 20 oz Bubba...In fact the last resort i was at Akumal Beach Mexico had a sign on the bar that they would 'not" fill the huge mugs any more...Any ways i was wondering when the next Bubba thread would start...lol...Gifting thread should start soon...

For walking around I have a 24 ouncer (slightly larger than a standard pub pint) that works great to keep a decent amount of beer chilled when at carnivals, street parties, etc. where draft beer is available from the tanker trucks.

We use the 20 oz bubbas also as the others are too heavy to carry and get warm too fast. The last two trips we were approached by two German couples who we made friends with on the beach, asking to buy our mugs as they were getting tired of going to the beach bar for the little cups of beer. Left the bubbas with them and told them to give them to anyone they liked. Guess they never thought to bring them....bet they do the next trip!

We have usually used the 16 oz mugs which make it easier to carry around should we want to walk along the beach. How ever on our trip to Cayo Largo, the bar was up from the beach at the main pool area. A long distance from the beach area, (at time the small bar on the beach was closed) it would have been great to have a 52 oz mug for ice water on the beach.

Best insulated mug I've ever owned. I like that it is very easy to clean and you can actually take the lid apart to clean it as well. It really keeps your drink hot or cold depending on what type your drinking. I've owned several different kinds of insulated mugs and this is by far the best one yet. I would recommend to everyone. I like that they are inexpensive and come in a range of different sizes.

OMG! I love mine!! It keeps things warm, coffee all day for me! The only thing I don't like is after washing it holds water in it somewhere and it will all leak out until its gone. I have learned to shake it really well. Otherwise I love this!

I loved my Bubba Keg Mug when I first got it. Huge size and great insulating properties allowed me to keep my iced coffee cold for hours. I bought a few more since I loved it so much. Sadly, over time, these mugs to not maintain their excellence. The begin to leak and the seal around the lid starts to come off. If Bubba can come up with tweaks to fix these issues, they'll have the greatest mug on the market!

I love Bubba mugs! They keep your drinks cold or hot for hours. I have 5 of them! 1 for me to use the others 3 for my kids they can use it for water or hot chocolate and the 5th one as back up!
